Just a little something fun for the day. I think Jim Carrey has so much ability with his craft. He may be annoying to a lot of people, but his talent is unmistakable.

π. That is the greek symbol for pi. It actually stands for the greek letter p. The statement “π = -1(R)” is also true. At least today it is.
I am writing this post at about 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. I should be in class right now..Math class. I am not. I am at home on my couch. “So what?”, you ask? So, what does this all have to do with Pi?
Well, today I left class early, (on congenial terms), because my teacher was showing the movie “π”. That is the name of the movie. You see, I have made a personal decision not to watch any movie bearing the “R” rating, or higher. (Of course, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that the R-rating is my limit, not just the exception).

This is too much for you to pass up. Jennifer Jason Leigh. Paul Newman. Tim Robbins. All at their absolute best. You really need to go to the nearest movie store and rent “The Hudsucker Proxy” today. It is one of the greatest movies of all time. But you need to be able to catch the wit and humor, (and all the perfectly synchronized loopbacks) in order to fully appreciate this film. Try it out, and let me know what you think.
